Fair Housing in Wisconsin Transactions will remind licensees of what constitutes a protected class as well as the practices that are prohibited under fair housing law. Additionally, various training opportunities to learn about and avoid implicit bias will be covered. This course is 1 of 5 CE topics that qualify for the National Association of REALTORS® code of ethics requirement.
