Catalog description

designed to teach participants the principles and practices of Lean Management along with agile concepts maximizing participant's ability to make improvements in short increments. This course covers the key concepts of Lean Management, including waste reduction, continuous improvement, and value stream mapping. Participants will learn how to apply Lean and Agile tools and techniques to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall organizational performance. By the end of this course, participants should have a solid understanding of Lean Management principles and be equipped to implement Lean practices in their organization.
