IEP ADVANCED READING/WRITING 2

Catalog description

students will read articles and academic essays, identifying main ideas and details, increasing reading fluency, developing inferencing skills, and discussing readings in groups. Students will also critically examine articles to produce academic essays, utilizing the writing process to refine their writing. (Prerequisite: Completed 10-863-306, IEP Adv Reading/Writing 1 with grade of "C" or better, OR instructor approval; Corequisite: 10-863-305, IEP Adv Listening/Speaking 2)
