Catalog description
This course explores the physical, behavioral, mental, emotional, and social changes that accompany growth and development in adolescence. The purpose of this course is provide an overview of theories, research, issues, and applications related to adolescent development. This course fulfills the Social and Behavioral Sciences foundational component area of the core and addresses the following required objectives: Critical Thinking, Communication, Empirical Quantitative Skills, and Social Responsibility.
