In this course you will learn the theory and practice relating to delivering reliable and secure cloud services while coping with ongoing change. Concurrently, new uses for cloud computing and core technology evolution add further complexity. While operations might be tactical, the complexity and need to integrate diverse influences, calls for negotiation, resilience, strategy, and use of maturity models. One must attain and maintain acceptable delivery capabilities within local and global change.
