The emphasis includes a scientific investigation of the latest research of positive psychology focusing on subjective well-being, positive emotions, strengths, resilience, post-traumatic growth, grit, and growth mindset. You will explore how positive psychology is being implemented in the home, workplace, education, and in clinical settings.
