In this course, students explore the knowledge, skill sets, and behaviors that enable instructional leaders in curriculum and teaching to establish and sustain learning cultures for both students and teachers in PK-12 schools and classrooms. Outcomes include synthesizing a personal philosophy for leadership in curriculum and teaching along with various considerations about learning culture that teacher leaders must consider and facilitate.
