This doctoral-level course provides an in-depth exploration of advanced conflict resolution within health care administration. Students will critically evaluate and apply various conflict resolution theories and models to address complex disputes in healthcare settings. The course emphasizes effective communication, the impact of organizational culture, and the development of strategies for fostering a collaborative work environment. Through case studies, role-playing exercises, and strategic planning activities, participants will analyze the nature and cycle of conflict, enhance their communication skills, and apply mediation and negotiation techniques.
