Analysis of the bases and techniques for curriculum development in the middle school with particular emphasis on the nature of the early adolescent learner and salient elements of middle school theory. Includes practical problems in developing curricula for middle schools and implementation of innovation in the middle school setting. (Same as EDEE 5400.)
