Educational Law and Sociocultural Issues is an 8-week course with embedded practicum that prepares superintendent candidates to navigate educational law within diverse learning environments. Students learn to apply legal frameworks while addressing varied cultural factors and learner needs. The course emphasizes making decisions that are both legally sound and culturally responsive. Prerequisites: Acceptance to the Superintendent Certification Program, Master's Degree and holds Principal Certification. Course Typically Offered: Fall, Spring and Summer
