It covers strategic budget planning, resource allocation, and financial stewardship. Students learn about funding sources, budget development, financial analysis, and fiscal policy impacts. Through projects and case studies, participants develop skills in financial forecasting, risk management, and aligning fiscal strategies with educational goals. The course prepares leaders to navigate complex financial landscapes, optimizing resources for improved student outcomes and district success. Prerequisites: Acceptance to the Superintendent Certification Program, Master's Degree and holds Principal Certification. Course Typically Offered: Fall, Spring and Summer.
