5300. 3 hours (3;0;0). Focuses on instructional leadership development and serves as the introductory course for degrees and certification in educational administration. Includes a study of campus-level leadership and accountability and concomitant roles and responsibilities; as well as interrelationships among administrators, teachers, students, parents and community groups. Degree plans are developed and the major professor/adviser is assigned. Course Typically Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
