** Transfer course offered by NT752 ** 5140. The Linguistically Diverse Learner. 3 hours. Designed to enhance an understanding of the unique needs and requirements of learners whose first language is not English. Students examine their own beliefs about speakers of other languages. Appropriate strategies and materials for the second language learner in both the ESL and regular classroom are explored. One of three core courses for the diversity certificate.
