Catalog description
(BUSI 2305). Descriptive and Inferential Statistics for Business Decision Making. Topics include: describing and summarizing data, basic probability concepts, common probability distributions, estimation and confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, linear regression, and correlation. Statistical software will be used to apply the techniques covered in this course. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1324, MATH 1342 (formerly MATH 1680), or higher-level Math with a "C" or better. Course Typically Offered: Fall and Spring.
