Topics may include freedom of speech and press, corporate and commercial speech, media rights management, intellectual property, libel, and freedom of information. Prerequisite(s): Must have a grade of C or better in COMM 1307- Introduction to Mass Communication. Course Typically Offered: Spring (Even Years).
