3 hours. Explores the underlying neurobiological mechanisms of mental disorders. In particular, neurobiological, genetic, and neurochemical bases of mental diseases, and types of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments are highlighted in the course. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 1100; PSYC 3310 or PSYC 4640. Course Typically Offered: Spring.
