3 hours (3;0;0). This course covers the principles and concepts for the use of statistics in the social and behavioral sciences. It will cover descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and sampling, such as measures of central tendency, t-tests, linear regression, simple random sampling, and stratified sampling. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 1100, 2310, and 3200 with C or better. Course Typically Offered: Fall, Spring and Summer.
