** Transfer course offered by NT752 ** 3650. Religion and Science. 3 hours. An examination of the complex historical and contemporary relationship between sciences and religions. Historical elements focus on the rise of modern science and "the Galileo Affair." Theories of the relationship between the disciplines will also be studied. Contemporary issus may include cosmology, religion and ecology, intelligent design and evolution, stem cell research, and artificial intelligence.
