** Transfer course offered by NT752 ** 3617. African Music and Movement. 1 hour. (2.5;0) Study of selected African drum music and development of related traditional movement skills through studio experience. Movements will be compared and contrasted with various African dance styles, while exploring their cultural basis, recreational and social uses, and artistic and educational values. May be repeated for credit. (Same as DANC 3617.)
