4235. 3 hours. The course will introduce entrepreneurial concepts that can be used to stimulate entrepreneurial behavior in individuals for the benefit of communities. Students will study best practices of not-for-profit enterprises and social venturing practices and will learn how these enterprises launch and sustain their ventures. The primary focus is on equipping students with knowledge and skills that are needed to develop viable socially relevant organizations or to grow entrepreneurial initiatives in not-for-profit organizations.
