Some major topics include course planning, the content of a course syllabus, lecture styles, the preparation and mechanics of lectures, the conduct of problem solving sessions, classroom management, the student-instructor relationship, examination formats, the preparation, administration and grading of examinations and the management of teaching assistants and graders.
