4 hours. (3;0;1). Introduction to mathematical proofs through real analysis. Topics include sets, relations, types of proofs, continuity and topology of the real line. May only be attempted 2 times for credit. Prerequisite(s): Students must complete MATH 3405 (formerly MATH 3320) or its equivalent with a grade of C or better. Course Typically Offered: Fall.
