Coverage includes: Vicarious Liability; Professional Malpractice and Breach of Fiduciary Duty; Dignitary Torts (defamation, invasion of privacy, misuse of the legal process); Business Torts (fraudulent/negligent misrepresentation, deceptive/unfair practices, interference with contract); and an overview of Products Liability and how it is tested on the bar exam. The 2-credit offering will devote less coverage to professional malpractice and business torts that are not generally tested on the bar exam.
