** Transfer course offered by NT752 ** 4320. Exercise Testing and Prescription. 3 hours. Applied techniques for the measurement of exercise bioenergetics, neuromuscular performance, cardiorespiratory fitness and motor ability. Particular emphasis is given to the assessment of acute and chronic (training-induced) physiological responses arising from exercise training programs. Application and evaluation of test results are used to develop exercise prescriptions for individuals participating in specific sports and training programs. Prerequisite(s): KINE 3080 or consent of instructor.
