** Transfer course offered by NT752 ** 1112. Contemporary Biology. 3 hours (3;3). Study of major theories and principles of biology pertaining to cell and molecular biology, form and function of tissue and organ systems, and principles of ecology as they relate to animal and plant diversity and evolution; ethical and social issues relating to humans as component living systems. Includes laboratory. May not be counted toward a major or minor in biology. May be used to satisfy a portion of the Natural Sciences requirement of the University Core Curriculum.
