(4391) 3 hours. This course provides students with supervised practical experience in a professional setting related to forensic and investigative science. Students apply academic knowledge in real-world environments such as crime laboratories, medical examiner offices, law enforcement agencies, or private sector organizations. Emphasis is placed on professional development, ethical conduct, communication, and reflective learning. Students complete required hours, maintain a detailed activity log, and submit a final report connecting their experience to course outcomes and career goals. Prerequisites: Student must be pursuing a Criminal Justice B.S. Course Typically Offered: On Demand.
