Provides an overview and understanding of the issues involved in the strategic management of the information assets of organizations. Examines a broad range of issues and problems associated with the management of information technology (IT) and information systems (IS) and their alignment with the strategic goals of the organizations. Focuses on the managerial rather than the technical issues and views IS from the perspective of managers at all levels. Prerequisite(s): Completion of Foundation and Technology Sequence course work and within 9 hours of graduation.
