3 hours. Overview of all areas in the financial planning process: data gathering, approaches to financial planning, analysis of financial statements, and client presentation. Case analysis, ethics and professional conduct, and use of financial planning software, Microsoft Excel, and advanced financial calculators. Prerequisite(s): FINA 3770, FINA 4350 and FINA 4360 all with a C or better Corequisite(s): note FINA 4350 and FINA 4360 may be taken concurrently. Course Typically Offered: Spring.
