Credit Hours: 3 Description: Students are introduced to fundamental real estate valuation concepts and will gain experience by completing a real estate valuation of an income-producing property. The focus is on the theory and practice of property valuation of properties that are purchased by investors for their income potential. Prerequisite(s): FINA 3311 Course Typically Offered: Spring.
