3340 (3340). 3 hours. The course is designed to help students learn current practices and principles of assessment across the curriculum. Uses of assessment instruments and procedures will be studied. Students learn measures to assess learners with special needs and linguistically and culturally different backgrounds. Students will design, administer, and interpret a variety of assessment measures, including professional, legal, and ethical responsibilities in assessments. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance to the UNTD SOE Teacher Education Program. Course Typically Offered: Fall and Spring.
