Catalog description

Study and application of the integration of acting and singing techniques. This class will focus on developing the skills necessary for integrating acting methodologies with musical theatre songs and voice work. Students will explore emotional truth and embodied choices in combination with vocal dynamics to communicate effective storytelling. May be repeated for credit. Prereq: MUSC 167 and THEA 161 . Prereq or Coreq: Theatre or Music majors only.
