Catalog description

This introductory course explores body awareness and staged violence as dynamic storytelling tools in performance. The course also integrates intimacy and consent practices to support ethical and collaborative work. This is a highly physical class requiring active participation, movement, and a willingness to challenge your current physical limits. Prereq: THEA 161 and THEA 266 . Prereq or Coreq: Must be junior standing or higher to enroll and must be a declared BFA Theatre Major (Acting/Musical Theatre).
