Catalog description

This course provides a comprehensive examination of sport on the Asian continent, including historical, sociological, economic, cultural, and political perspectives. Students will examine the different sport systems across the different regions in Asia including the operation of community and professional sport. In addition, students will examine how the Asian sport system fits in the greater global sports industry. Dual-listing: SPMT 419 .
