This course is designed to be an introduction to institution-based pharmacy practice. This course consists of a 4-week, 152-hour, unpaid, supervised pharmacy practice experience clinical rotation in an institutional pharmacy setting and required assignments. Pass/Fail grading. Prereq: PHRM 400 , PHRM 450 , PHRM 452L , PHRM 480 , PHRM 532 , PHRM 534 , PHRM 535 , PHRM 538 , PSCI 413 , PSCI 414 , PSCI 415 , PSCI 417 - all with a grade of "C" or better.
