Catalog description
This laboratory course provides hands-on training in microscopy and imaging techniques, including brightfield, fluorescence, and electron microscopy. Students will learn sample preparation, image acquisition, and quantitative analysis using imaging software. Graduate students will additionally design and defend imaging protocols in the context of experimental errors, ethics, and translational applications. Dual-listing: MICR 468 .
