Catalog description

With the increasing penetration of AI in the society, it is important to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and user experience (UX). In this course, students will learn the knowledge and skills to evaluate user experience in AI-driven applications or systems with the goal to enhance the usability, transparency and trust in human-centered AI. The course will span across both theoretical and methodological dimensions of user experience research (UXR) in AI.
