Catalog description

Examination of criminal law and procedure, including the elements of criminal offenses, search and seizure laws, rights of defendants and victims, and due process in criminal law. The criminal laws of North Dakota and Minnesota will be emphasized and explored. Prereq: CJ 201 or CJ 210 . Prereq or coreq: Criminal Justice majors and minors, Forensic Science minors, Pre-Law minors, and Fraud Investigation minors, or instructor permission.
