Catalog description

Focuses on empowering students with advanced Excel skills for business analytics, enhancing their capability to analyze and interpret data effectively. The course blends theoretical knowledge with practical application, teaching students to use analytical tools to make data-driven decisions that align with business strategies. This hands-on approach prepares students for real-world business challenges, enabling them to contribute to business insights and decision-making in professional settings. No mathematical background beyond high school algebra is required for an understanding of the material. Prereq or Coreq: College of Business major, minor or certificate or BS in Data Science and a 2.50 minimum NDSU grade point average.
