Catalog description

Examination of emerging technologies for forage production and grazing animal management. Focus will be on understanding the plant-animal interface, efficient use of forage resources, systems sustainability, and nutritional management of livestock and horses. Specific focus will be the biological and economical aspects of the relationships of grazing animals with forage production. Prereq: ANSC 223 or PLSC 420 . Dual-listing: ANSC 625 .
