Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to the foundational skills of livestock evaluation in relation to production and product goals. The course will also provide an overview of the principle techniques used to assess the quality and value of livestock (beef & dairy cattle, swine, sheep, and goats) as well as their products (meat, milk, and wool).
