Catalog description

This seminar introduces new graduate students to the processes, skills, and expectations required to conduct impactful research in Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering. Students will learn how to effectively search the literature, develop research questions, design experiments, manage data, communicate results through presentations and posters, and engage in professional scholarly conduct. The course is highly interactive and emphasizes experiential learning through assignments, discussions, and peer feedback. May be repeated for credit.
