Catalog description

This course is an extension of the data visualization and exploratory data analysis tools from ST 115 . Realistic data sets and scenarios are used to motivate data manipulation and cleaning, data analysis, and presentation of results via tables and graphs. Good programming practices are emphasized both for writing programs and producing results. Topics include material from the Base SAS Certification Exam as well as practical skills beyond the base exam. This course uses the SAS statistical computing language and GitHub. No prior experience with SAS is expected, but prior experience with GitHub is required.
