The Psychology of Entrepreneurship

This course investigates the psychological processes associated with starting a new venture (e.g., a new business, non-profit, or other various forms of startups). Entrepreneurs are unique change agents in the world, and in this course, you will learn about the nuance behind how an entrepreneur thinks and acts when launching a new venture. In this course, we will critically evaluate the state of research on the field of entrepreneurship, and you will learn to craft your own research ideas and how to effectively present them - the overall purpose being to help make entrepreneurs (and those stakeholders associated with the entrepreneurship process) more successful (e.g., venture performance and individual health and well-being).
