This course of study is designed to give students pursuing a Master’s in Teaching a thorough understanding of the North Carolina Policies Governing Services for Children with Disabilities and the federal laws covering special education. Through this knowledge the student will understand the policies, process and procedures for providing special education services PREREQ: EDN 5040, 5120, 5450 (EDN Core 9 hours)
