Catalog description

This course focuses on health/PE teaching instruction needed for learning, planning, and implementing health and physical education teaching techniques. The primary focus will be in regards to K-5 health/PE. Students will read, analyze and interpret current research articles. Furthermore, best practices in health and physical education will be discussed on topics such as behavior management, diversity, instructional strategies, and lesson plan creation.
