Catalog description
Intensive study of techniques for use in program and policy evaluation and analysis. Topics include determination of program/policy objectives, examination of research designs and implications for assessments and evaluations, measurement issues, data collection techniques, and analysis of program information. Application of analysis efforts to benefit/cost analysis, modeling and forecasting, and other techniques will also be discussed. PREREQ: PAD 5050
