Family Primary Care II / Diagnosis and Management II Across the Lifespan Practicum

Catalog description

This supervised clinical practicum builds upon the foundational skills from Diagnosis & Management I. Students will focus on Gastroenterology, Hematology/Oncology, Neurology, and Nephrology across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on applying clinical reasoning, evidence-based guidelines, and interprofessional collaboration to the management of acute and chronic conditions. Students will deepen their ability to integrate diagnostic tools, screening, and management strategies while promoting health equity, cultural humility, and patient-centered care.  PREREQ: NUR 6010, 6015 COREQ: NUR 6020
