Catalog description

The application of computer software programs in the classroom, including integration of technology with lesson plans. Exploring diverse technology-based tools commonly integrated within instructional practices, including desktop applications, web-based and cloud applications. Designing student-centered, project-based instruction using dynamic technology tools. This course is designed as a pre-service course for teachers and may not be used as an advanced MAT or CSC requirement. It is not to be counted toward the Mathematics Concentration at the Graduate level. NOTE: Students should be 1-2 semesters from the student teaching experience. PREREQ: Permission of instructor.
