Catalog description

This course is designed to systematically explore the development of young children from conception to early childhood. Emphasis will be placed on the principles and theories of child development, as well as the interconnectedness among theory, research, and practice. There is a required field experience in this course. PREREQ: Must have no less than a 2.0 overall GPA.
