Catalog description

This course introduces proven and mature cloud computing technologies and practices with well-defined concepts, models and technology mechanisms and architectures and provides the fundamentals of security design to secure a cloud ecosystem. It surveys the traditional and cloud architectures from baseline functions and capabilities to sophisticated and complex environments. Topics include how to establish data asset management, identity and access management, vulnerability management, network security, and incident response in the cloud environment. PREREQ: CYB 3020 and (CSC 3360 or ITC 3070)
